Hypnobirthing Australia Classes

As a fully qualified childbirth educator, i facilitate both group and private classes, to assist you and your birth partner to feel empowered, educated and positive about your upcoming birth. We discuss pain management techniques, optimal positioning and breathing strategies & help you to feel like your in the drivers seat of your birth.
Class options:

1) Hobart birth classes: in person classes in either a group or private setting.

2) Online group and private classes: taught in the comfort of your own home.
